LA Priest’s Performance takes on Headrow House

Fans and music fanatics eagerly gathered at Headrow House on the evening of October 4th for a night where the city welcomes an incredible artist, LA Priest. The atmosphere was relaxed as people entered the event space, mingling with friends and enjoying the affordable drinks from the bar. The outside shelter also provided everybody there a place to have a cheeky smoke. 

The smoking area also provided, not only a place for some crowd members to take a break, but also the opportunity to be serenaded by music from the rooftops of Headrow House. The venue’s popularity was evident in the love it received from the crowd!

As the crowd gathered closer to the stage, the supporting acts took over, starting with the talented musician, Duffin. The mesmerising melodies of the saxophonist and captivating instrumental sounds filled the event space, creating a calming and safe atmosphere.

After Duffin’s performance, attendees continued to mingle, refill their drinks, and take smoke breaks, or just to have some fresh air. The next act, Georges Legrand, took the stage with a distinctive pink bucket fuzzy hat and a cool suit (I want it!). His beats and energetic performance won the hearts of the audience, inviting them to dance along as he performed with a can in his hand. 

The vibes were *chef’s kiss*. The vibrant stage lights added to the surreal experience, leaving the audience in high spirits.

As the supporting acts left the stage, the crowd topped up their drinks and engaged in more conversations. However, the stage soon filled with stage smoke and dimmed lights, signaling the audience to gather by the stage. At 9:30 pm, LA Priest made his entrance with an electric guitar, captivating everyone with his talent, soothing vocals, and natural humor.

LA Priest’s songs and instrumental skills created a lively yet comforting ambiance, with the crowd applauding and cheering after each track. His accidental pedal mishap only added to the positive energy in the room, eliciting laughter from the audience.

The stage smoke intensified, enhancing the vibrancy emanating from the stage. The indie/alternative tunes filled the air, captivating the crowd and drawing them in with LA Priest’s guitar and vocal skills. His stage presence was flawless, making the experience feel like a homecoming.

LA Priest expressed his joy at being back in Leeds, forging a stronger connection with the audience. His genuine interaction made everyone feel like part of something beautiful and liberating. The night was truly a memorable and enchanting experience.
